Our trip to Paris in November!

| Step one: Buy lots of cheese, meat and wine! |

| Our first day we took a walking tour through the city to see some of the sights |
 |
| These sculptures line the Pont Neuf bridge in Paris. Henry IV wanted to be remembered as a fun loving king so he added the likeness of his friends after a long night of partying along the bridge. |

| That night we took a tour through the Montmarte district to see the Moulin Rouge area and the Basilique du Sacre Coeur at the top of the hill. |

| Day three we went to Les Invalides, a war museum and the place where Napoleon's tomb is located. |

| This was also the day that Beaujolais Nouveau was released in Paris, of course we joined the celebration! |
Day Four was big.. The Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and Eiffle Tower all in one day! Whew!

| The next day we visited the Palace of Versailles, it was freezing! |

| Saint Denis, the patron saint of Paris, was beheaded because of his preachings. It is believed that after he was beheaded he just picked his head up and continued his preaching until he reached the center of Paris.. |

| We also met up with my friend Elise and her husband Cyril and had dinner at this restaurant. I'll have more to come on my next post of all the amazing food and restaurants we have experienced recently! |

| We had a great time here on our last day in Paris, sharing our childhood stories and being nostalgic together! I didn't even pout when Josh sat next to me on the rides! |

You're making me miss my honeymoon!!! Love these pictures! And super jealous you went to the france disneyland! I wanted to fit that in soo bad but there was just too much for us to see and such little time. Im so glad you went! Can't wait to hear more about it when you're back!!!
