London, UK

We went to London for four days this month and stayed in the Borough district. London was so much fun, it reminded me of America!
The first day we took a walking tour of the city... this was Santa Claus zip lining down this arc, no clue why?

The Royal Household Calvary

Buckingham Palace

This is where Prince Harry lives..

Big Ben

Westminister Abbey

House of Parliament

London was all decorated for Christmas, it was so pretty everywhere we went! We did a lot of window shopping, it was so expensive there!

The Borough Market right near the apartment we rented, we had coffee and breakfast here!

The pubs were so cute...cider and chalkboard writing in every one!

Tower Bridge

We saw a matinee show of the Lion King! Couldn't get those songs out of our heads for the whole trip!

Before the show we walked through the Covent Garden market

Jack Daniel's Christmas Tree

The Blackfriar was one of our favorite pubs, built on the grounds of an old monastery

The Tower of London, where Henry VIII had a couple of his wives beheaded

A sculpture honoring those who lost their heads

The rack in the torture chamber

Henry VIII's armor

He was pretty big in his later years!

We got to see the Crown Jewels too!

He was guarding the crown jewels entrance

Tower Bridge

Where Harry Potter would board for Hogwarts every year....Josh was really excited!
